Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout now' and you will be asked for a few details & payment, which is required to complete your mail order. Please note that Mail orders are not charged until they are ready for posting. Shipping And Handling
All mail orders are packed, processed and posted as soon as possible. Orders will usually be sent out within 2-3 days.
We are currently offering free postage on all orders within the U.K. up to the weight of 1000g via Royal Mail Second Class.
Our postal options are enclosed below:
1) Royal Mail Second Class (UK) only applicable to orders weighing under 1000g
2) Royal Mail First Class (UK)
3) Royal Mail AIRMAIL. Insurance up to Value of £36
4) Royal Mail AIRSURE "International signed for" postage & £2.00 insurance. This gives you the confidence and re-assurance of having your mail order signed for on delivery and insured for up to £500, anywhere in the world.
Delivery Schedule
Royal Mail First and Second class postage (UK Only) usually takes from 2-7 days. Royal Mail AIRMAIL and Royal Mail AIRSURE "International Signed For" with insuranace deliveries normally take 14 days within the European Union and International orders are generally received within 28 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will order it immediately for you. In this instance you will always be contacted with the new delivery time or with the option to have your order refunded if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
If any of our items do not meet your satisfaction please contact us to let us know & return them in perfect condition within 28 days and we will refund your money or exchange your goods as required.
